1.  You will receive an email from Ewing Sports notifying you that you’ve been added to the roster of your WCFC team. 

- If you are new to the club, please click “Active your Account” to proceed.  You will be taken to their site where you will create your account.  By creating an account, you are ensuring that you are ordering the correct merchandise for your child. 

- If you have a returning player, you will receive a “Welcome Back” notice and will be able to log in to the ordering site using your existing username and password.

2.   If you have multiple children in the program, click MyEwing > MyPlayers, then click ORDER FOR THIS PLAYER.   Ewing Sports will embellish each garment based on the player you are ordering for so please be sure to order for the correct player.

3.  Using your Ewing Sports online account you can track the status of your order in the MY EWING dropdown, as well as review your ordering history for reference.  

4. Due to global supply chain difficulties as a result of the COVID pandemic, Ewing Sports is working with Nike to ensure all players receive their kit before the start of the Fall season.

5. The online store does not accept American Express.

6.   Please carefully review your size selections before checking out.

7.   Any item with a player number on it CAN NOT be returned or exchanged. 

8.   Ewing Sports has sizing charts online to assist with sizing if necessary.
